Terms, Conditions, and Refunds -- You may return any of our products, in unused condition, for a full cash or credit refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please call or email us before returning an item. If its been longer than 30 days, we will most likely still refund your money in full -- we are very reasonable folks here at Allyn Rehm! If you received a defective product, or you feel that one of our products did not meet your expectations -- please contact us via phone or email for return instructions, and we will give you a cash, credit, or store credit refund.

Orders placed with our web shopping cart or with Ebay automatically ship via normal means, but you can call us with your invoice number to have it shipped overnight.
If you call and get our voice mailbox, it usually means all of our phones are in use, or that we are out at the post office or one of our other locations. PLEASE leave your name and number. We check our voicemail multiple times per day and we WILL return your call!
